EBICA QUIZ TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The EBICA QUIZ is being organized by EBICA INC.ONLINE at www.ebica.in

2. Free EBICA MEMBERSHIP is required to participate in EBICA QUIZ. There are some EBICA Quizzes which require EBICA BRONZE MEMBERSHIP,EBICA SILVER MEMBERSHIP,EBICA GOLD MEMBERSHIP,EBICA DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP OR EBICA RUBY MEMBERSHIP.Membership registration Fee is non-refundable.

3. Participants from all over India and the world are eligible to enter the quiz.

4. The Ebica quiz will be available for all Registered FREE EBICA MEMBERS, in which they have to answer 3 questions.Some VIP EBICA QUIZ will only be available for EBICA RUBY MEMBERS.

5. JUST Watch the video for 3 Questions. Reply to 3 questions & Submit the Form Button.

6. You will be required to provide your complete address like name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used by EBICA or It's business partners for the purpose of the Quiz & the Quiz Organisers.

7. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn.

8. One FREE REGISTERED EBICA MEMBER can participate only once. Multiple entries from EBICA MEMBER will not be considered and will be discarded.EBICA may cancel EBICA MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION if multiple entries are submitted by the participants in EBICA QUIZ.

9. EBICA will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s /EBICA reasonable control.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, EBICA reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. EBICA has the right to amend these terms and conditions any time.

11. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time. EBICA will inform all participants via e-mail or online at www.ebica.in

12. EBICA reserves all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any EBICA REGISTERED MEMBER/participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the EBICA TEAM or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void of EBICA MEMBER OR PARTICIPANT IN EBICA QUIZ if the information received by the EBICA TEAM is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.

13. EBICA decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary.(UTTAR PRADESH)

15. By entering the EBICA Quiz, the EBICA REGISTERED MEMBER/participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above
